We have a 24/7 Global Support Team who are available to answer your questions. If you require more support you can add on Remote Support Specialist on the day/night your campaign ends to troubleshoot, close the auction and deal with payment. This may be included as part of your package or can be added as an additional fee.
Our service levels are Premium and Pro.
On the Pro service the client is responsible for the build and management of their campaign with access to our training webinar, our 24/7 support team when needed, as well as the training guides and Givergy Community. We will of course assist you along the way, but there is no dedicated Account Management.
With our Premium service we provide you with a dedicated Fundraising and Events Consultant, who is there to help you every step of the way with not only the build and management of your campaign, but also advice on how to raise as much as possible.
