Payment Processing Service For Your Fundraiser | Givergy

Auction Payment Processing

We’ve made it our mission to not only streamline this entire process but ensure payment fees don’t take a toll on your fundraising efforts. Our card processing fee can be covered by the guest when they check out.

Here are 5 efficient processes that you could implement:

  1. Payment links sent to winning bidders and donors
  2. Donors can pre-authorise their cards when they make their first bid, pledge or register
  3. Donors can pre-swipe their cards at registration
  4. Payment can be taken from winning bidders and donors at their table
  5. A payment desk can be set-up at the event, once the silent auction and pledge drive closes guests can make their way to the desk

Managing your payments

Stripe Connect:

Stripe Connect allows us to automate our payment collection system and deliver simple, safe and secure services as well as eliminating any risk of delayed payment. Payments from donors are placed in your dedicated sub-account and then automatically transferred to your bank account at pre-determined intervals.

Our Event Management System (EMS) allows you to:

  • Run live payment reports online and in Excel format
  • View the payment status of all guests in real-time
  • Take payments and change payment status of guests
