Your team of volunteers will manage check-in onsite at your event. If you have a Givergy team included in your booking, they may also assist with check in and train your volunteers.
Check in can take place anywhere, however depending on your venue there may be some restrictions. Our expert team would be happy to advise you on this at the time of booking.
You will be provided with a Guest List template which you will need to complete with your guests first and last names, contact details (if you have them) and table number (if relevant).
As an add-on to check in, you can also swipe a card for a guest, so that their payment details are automatically added to their account. Once you have searched for a guest in the system and added any relevant details you simply swipe the card and wait for the confirmation page. This allows you to simply charge winning bidders at the end of the event, with no need for payment chasing!
