Where we are processing your data for payment purposes, we will share it with:

Stripe Payments UK Ltd: We use Stripe for taking payment; they are payment experts and they will process your payment seamlessly and securely; see their privacy notice:

Open Market. We use for sending SMS notifications relating to auction activities and payments:

Nexmo Inc. We use for sending SMS notifications relating to auction activities and payments:

Google Cloud EMEA Ltd. A leading cloud hosting provider we use for hosting our internet services:

Rackspace Ltd. A leading UK hosting provider we use for hosting our internet services:

Bluebox Worldwide Ltd. Bluebox provides Givergy with its voucher system to fulfil our auction items.

Glisser Ltd. We use Glisser to help us run virtual events, with our leaderboards integrated into their platform.



Where you have consented to us using your data for marketing purposes, we may share it with:

Hubspot. We use HubSpot to send marketing emails and for some marketing automation. We can also review the pages on our website you have visited, the buttons within the pages you have clicked and our social media accounts you have viewed.

Mailchimp. We use Mailchimp to send you marketing emails with the latest items and experiences, we process your name, email address and purchase history in order to send you personalized content;

AdRoll. We use for our online services on and specifically for our display retargeting platform. They place a Javascript tag in our footer which creates a list of people, Adroll then place anonymous retargeting cookies in their browsers. This list allows Adroll to serve adverts wherever they go on the search display network.



Where you have successfully bid for a lot, we will share your details with our lot supplier in order that you may redeem your winning item. Our suppliers for lot items process your data so that they can provide you with the item.

Calala Island. On secure and encrypted devices, hosted securely. Only personnel requiring the data are privy to the secure data and all such personnel are trained to high data security standards.

D&G. Data is processed via email (O365) and transferred between our CRM (Salesforce), VMS and e-marketing platform (Mailchimp). These 3 systems, along with our finance system (Sage) are all connected so there is very little manual upload.

Discovery Collection. Use it for brochure distribution and electronic newsletters.

Fly Oddessy. Send out newsletters and brochures by email and post. We contact clients by email and telephone. We have a website which does not collect cookies. We don’t share any information with third parties.

Goodwill Getaways. Use the email addresses to organise guest bookings and their stay transfers and their pre-arrival information. Once the guest stay is finalised, we do not store or keep those details.

GP Management. Sales CRM system, and invoicing.

Grape Escapes. Storing data, using it to fulfil contracts e.g. book trips.

Monkhouse Hill. Info as received from Givergy is also stored both in 365 cloud (as received email) and on paper. The info is then input into Guestlink property management, and used to produce and store (in 365 cloud and as sent email) a confirmation).

Party on the Podium. Excel data spreadsheet kept on company laptop.

Premium Hospitality. Email sent to clients when appropriate.

Red Alligator. Initially by email but occasionally via mobiles and we send the experiences either by email or hard copies to the home or office of the prize winners.

Savile Row Travel. Data is passed onto the hotels (names of winners) we then destroy/ delete passport details.

See Asia Differently. We store it online on Trello and our internal CRM system.

Sisi. Via our website, directly by phone or e-mail. We then use this information to correspond with the client and then eventually deliver any product or service that they have ordered from us. We keep all the personal data secure and for no longer than is necessary.

Sporting Adventure. Data from VMS – Name, email, number.

Ultimate High. Information is kept on an excel spreadsheet and only used internally to contact customers regarding flight bookings.

Valkin Trading. Manually send data to the courier.

Wonderland. Through a secure CRM system and locked, encrypted internal spreadsheets on a local server.
