A Faster and More Confident Donation Flow

Ticket Sales Directly Through the CMS

Teams can now process ticket and sponsorship bookings from inside the CMS. This addition gives you complete flexibility to manage bookings that arrive by phone, email or in person without switching tools.

A Simplified Campaign Close Wizard

Closing a campaign is now quicker and clearer. The updated close wizard guides you through a structured wrap up process that removes uncertainty and saves valuable time at the end of every event.

Support for Company Bookings

Auction Start Pricing by Percentage of Fair Market Value

We introduced a smarter way to set auction starting prices. You can now price items using a percentage of fair market value, giving you a more strategic and consistent approach that helps drive early bidding momentum.

Linked Couples for Smoother Guest Experiences

Paired guests can now share a single bidder number and check out together. This creates a streamlined experience for couples and reduces duplication for event staff.

Guest Favourites

Supporters can mark items as favourites and revisit them easily. This feature builds anticipation before bidding starts and increases engagement during the event.

Improved Item Packaging and Sub Category Tools

We refreshed our packaging system to make it easier to group multiple items into a single listing. Sub category management also received a major improvement, giving you a clearer and more efficient way to organise your auction catalogue.

Apple and Google Wallet Compatible Tickets

Guests can now add digital tickets directly to their Apple or Google Wallet. This upgrade provides modern, friction free access at check in. With built in geolocation, tickets automatically display as guests arrive near the venue.

Split Order Functionality

Group bidding and shared purchases are now simpler to administer. Split order functionality allows you to divide payments between supporters and reduce manual adjustments after the event.

The Brand New Event App

Our completely redesigned Event App delivers a faster, more intuitive experience for organisers and guests. It elevates mobile bidding, check in and guest engagement from the start of your event through to the final moments of your campaign.

Donation Only Mode

Donation Only mode supports fast, focused fundraising whenever you need to collect contributions without setting up a full event. It is ideal for quick appeals, seasonal campaigns or community driven initiatives.

Duplicated Guest Management

We introduced a straightforward way to merge duplicated guest entries. This upgrade reduces data noise and keeps your event records clean and accurate.
