Donor Tip

It’s simple! Our Donor Tip model makes it possible – you choose ‘Donor Tip’ for the payment method and we will ask your supporters to tip Givergy at the checkout.

Tips will always be optional. Your supporters can edit or remove a tip from their basket. Givergy ensures tips are transparent during the donation process.

Not if you don’t want to. You have the option to configure your campaign to be either ‘Donor Tip’ or be ‘Set Payment’ for processing fee instead.

If your campaign uses pre-authorisation, supporters will have the option to opt out of covering the tip during registration, as well as the payment fee. By default, the fee will be set at 10%.
